Why does Outlook always crash when I try to save an html email?
Here is the scenario:
I open an email which requires downloading of pictures so that when I go to close it, it prompts me to save. Whether I choose Yes or No, Outlook immediately closes completely - i.e. crashes. This only happens if I have Xobni loaded.
How can I stop this happening?
I use Outlook 2003 on XP and I have run scanpst to repair my PSTs but the problem persists. I have also just installed Xobni 1.8.3 but still this crashing happens.

Inappropriate?I would try running the Office Repair tools, instructions for which can be found here. You might also want to upgrade to Outlook 2003 Service Pack 3.
If you're running any anti-virus software, I would try disabling it or making sure that it doesn't touch any Outlook or Xobni data files. Please see our FAQ page for more info.
If the problem persists after that, I'd suggest that you get an Inspector X report and contact our Support Team. Instructions here.
