Scan PST utility does not launch from repair window in French OS
When I click on Scan PST utility "Run Now" button, nothing happens. Nothing changes in the current window, and no new process is started.

Inappropriate?Check to make sure Outlook.exe is closed in the task manager, processes list before you try to run this. If you still have problems where nothing appears, try running ScanPST manually to see if it runs okay. For instructions on this see step 1 on the following page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497
If it runs okay manually but not via the option in Xobni, you might need to submit a support ticket on this with a diagnostic file from your system as follows:
1) Close Outlook and run the Inspector X application by going to Start menu > All Programs > Xobni > Diagnostics > InspectorX.
2) After data is displayed, use the “save as zip file” option, and save the file to your desktop
3) File a support ticket with this log attached (http://www.xobni.com/support/ and click "contact support). Please put in the Subject line: "Get Satisfaction: Scan PST utility cannot start" and include a link to this forum post. Inappropriate?Thanks James, I actually found the scanPST exe and it works from a command window. Actually as I'm using Windows French OS, it's located in a slightly different folder in C:\Program Files\ called "Fichiers Communs\System" instead of "Common\System". It may be the cause of the error, but I guess I'm not the first French who tries to use this utility from Xobni repair panel. So we have to look further...
The issue is still there : when I click on the "Scan PST" button or "Scan OST" button in the repair panel, nothing happens. So I will send a ticket. Thanks for further help.

Inappropriate?I'm 99% sure the problem doesn't come only from non-English OS.
Please consider the two following issues that appeared since I reinstalled the whole application, and repairing OST and PST file "manually" (I mean launching scanpst.exe from a command line) :
- new issue 1 : The list of folders to be indexed looks empty. See first screenshot below. Should I change something in my Outlook 2003 settings ? I sent a ticket to support with all details about my configuration.
- new issue 2 : Indexing of folders starts and then stop with a "canceled" message. See second screenshot below. Do you have any log I can send you ?
