Problem while logging into linkedin, facebook, hoovers
Hi Xobni Team,
I installed Xobni (free version) in my machine and it was working fine all these days.
Now, there is a problem in logging into the LinkedIn, Facebook and Hoovers profiles.
When I click on "Sign in to LinkedIn", it just shows me a loading screen and stops there.
I've gone through your FAQs but still not able to login.
Please help.

Inappropriate?Looks like they had this problem 6 months ago due to increased traffic to LinkedIn. LinkedIn only allows so many. See thread below. I guess it's time again to increase the quota.

This is an issue that we saw for a little bit as the traffic we were sending to Linkedin exceeded the limit allowed for us. They were great and really increased the limit, so you shouldn't see this any more. Sorry about that. Growing pains :)
I’m am frustrated. LinkedIn was the best part about xobni. I don't want it if the LinkedIn doesn't get fixed.

Inappropriate?Try checking your internet settings. Go to Tools->then Internet Options-> then Security-> Advanced-> Make sure that whether or not you have the box checked that says Override Cookie handling, just make sure that you can ACCEPT First Party cookies. Also, check your xobni settings. click on the little gear icon to go to the xobni menu. Click on Options and check the first two tabs, General and Integration. Make sure your profiles are enabled and the third party settings to go to Linked in and such is also enabled. After all that, I would reboot the computer just to be safe. I still have the LinkedIn problem because they have outgrown their quota from LinkedIn but my Hoovers and Facebook work just fine. At the very least, you should be able to get to Facebook.
I’m hoping this helps

Inappropriate?I just got this response from xobni trouble ticket.....
Hi,
We are currently experiencing problems between our servers and LinkedIn. Together we are working on a solution and should hopefully have it fixed by September 15th, 2009. In the meanwhile should you need to access LinkedIn information, please use your web browser.

Inappropriate?I was using Xobni v 1.8 and it was working just fine. Yesterday, I upgraded my account and installed the latest version of Xobni One (and Plus) and Linkedin.com integration stopped working. I also have it on my Blackberry where the profile pictures of some (very few) come through, but most don't (this is for Facebook too). This is very frustrating - I just paid for the extra features to help me manage my contacts and connections and I use these a lot.
I also use the Linkedin.com toolbar for Outlook 2007.
Looking for some help...
