Privacy concerns if I allow xobni into my LinkedIn account
I'm hesitant to let xobni log in to FaceBook or LinkedIn until I understand what you'll do with the access you gain.
Will you contact any of my linked in contacts in any way?

No, Xobni will not contact any of your LinkedIn or Facebook contacts. The access to your accounts for these services is only used for the purpose of displaying data on your computer. Inappropriate?Hi Tom,
Great question. Obviously, we take privacy *very* seriously and want to keep users happy and using Xobni for years to come.
We do not contact any of your LinkedIn or Facebook contacts when you sign in. If you click the "Add" button below a profile in Xobni, we will display a web page that allows you to add someone as a friend or contact on those services. But that is explicitly with your action, not something silent or sneaky.
Currently we also allow you to update your Twitter status inside of Xobni. Again, nothing is done automatically -- you would have to want to update your status. In the future we may enabled this for Facebook and LinkedIn status updates as well.
More information is available at our privacy policy http://www.xobni.com/legal/privacy and information about our extensions http://www.xobni.com/support/?view=11
