Xobni_Support replied on March 17, 2010 09:48 to the question "Syncing Contacts between Blackberry, Outlook and other email apps?" in Xobni:
The relationship between the Xobni Profiles in your Xobni for BlackBerry and your Xobni Plus Profiles from Outlook is based on Xobni One.
Xobni One is the common location where both sets of profiles are updated from their original location.
It looks like you have both Xobni for BlackBerry and Xobni One, but I believe you are missing Xobni Plus.
Xobni Plus generates profiles by analyzing the emails you have chosen to index from Outlook. These profiles can then be updated in Xobni One, as can those from Xobni for BlackBerry after they are generated from data on your BlackBerry.
Not having the Xobni Plus generated profiles from Outlook updated in Xobni One would leave nothing for your Xobni for BlackBerry generated profiles to be compared to. So, there would be no communication between the Xobni Profile data in Xobni Plus and that in Xobni for BlackBerry.
In order for you to fully take advantage of this coordination of profiles, you'll need to get Xobni Plus, so that the Xobni Plus profiles and the Xobni for BlackBerry profiles can both make it into Xobni One to be coordinated.
Xobni_Support replied on February 03, 2010 20:50 to the problem "What is the expected response time on Support Tickets?" in Xobni:
@Sertan We have just responded to your ticket.
Please note that the confirmation mail should also state the expected response times.
Where:
The target response time for free Xobni users is 5-7 "business days",
and
the target response time for Xobni Plus customers is 2 "business days"
The resolution of problems may take longer, depending on the complexity of the issue.
So the response is within the expected timeframe as per our stated response times.

@Richard. Please submit the InspectorX report to Support by submitting a ticket and attaching it. Put "GetSatisfaction: Add-ons enabled but Xobni does not load anymore :-(" in the subject.
Submit your ticket by going to www.xobni.com/support and selecting Contact Support on the left hand side.
If you are a Xobni Plus user, log into your account, and select:
"Stop troubleshooting and email support"
If you are a free user you will need to select:
1) "...Solve a problem that you are having with Xobni."
2) > "I have updated and it did not fix my problem"
3) > "Reinstallation did not fix my problem"
4) > "I'm ready to open a support ticket"
If you have already submitted a ticket, please let me know what the ticket number was if you received a confirmation.
