OK, so far I like what the product is doing - but some comments based on installing and using < 1 day.
1. OK, I read and now understand that is ISN'T sending those emails to all my contacts explaining how they are #12 (whatever) on my hit parade...but it sure LOOKS like it's doing it automatically. I was ready to pull the plug - literally - on the PC rather than have those sent to 1200 people. I think it should be made more clear that it is not automatically sending this email.
2. This is just english, but Availability means when you are Available - that is, when you are free. You probably hear people SAY - "this is my availability...blah blah" - but what they really MEAN is this when I am UNavailabile. If you say "This is my availability" you are saying when I am FREE to meet. But your email shows just the reverse - it shows when I am NOT available. So, I recommend you either change the sentence to "This is when I am unavailable the next few days", or "This is when I am busy during the next few days". OR alternativly, use my stated hours (i.e. 8:30 am-5:50pm), and reverse all my meeting time and free times, and THEN you are showing my AVAILABILITY.
Here is my availability for the next few days. (All times are Eastern Daylight Time, GMT-04:00.)
Mon July 21, 9:30 to 10am, 12 to 12:30pm, 3 to 4pm [these are meetings]
But what is should say is
"8:30 to 9:30am, 10am to 12noon, 12:30pm to 3pm, 4pm-5:30pm"
3. Your web page states that a "requirement" is OL w/local cache. Since I am prevented from that, I almost didn't bother looking further into your product. In forums I saw a discussion about how it wasn't required, then it was, then it became a 'recommended option'. So I tried it. You might want to modify the web page to show it is not a requirement.
thanks,
JOE
