View Full Version : Schedule Time with Me doesn’t accurately reflect my schedule

I think there are a few issues with the schedule time feature in Xobni.
1) If I have a timed event in my calendar where “show time as” is marked as “free”, Xobni still says I’m not available at that time.
2) If I have an all day event in my calendar where “show time as” is marked as “busy”, Xobni still says I’m available that day.
3) Apparently Xobni figures the day starts at 9:00 AM even though I actually start working at 8:00 AM. Therefore even if I am free from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, the “schedule time with” mail says I’m not available (if I have something starting at 9:00 AM). It would be helpful to at least have a “work hours” (and work days) option to set this. Such an option might also be helpful for the “response times” report under analytics.

Regards,
James

Hi James,

The next version of Xobni, due at the end of this month, will address these issues.

Hang in there - we're listening and responding as quickly as we can!

No problem. I really enjoy the program. I only mentioned this to provide feedback to further improve it.

I've been trying to figure out how to change the name that appears after "Best," in the signature of the Schedule Time With feature for the life of me. It is wildly incorrect.

As an aside, I've noticed that in order to populate the body of the email with my actual availability, I must first Right Click the Schedule Time With link and select "Copy Availability" then Left Click the link. Is this the correct method? Thanks Xobni team, awesome product!!

I am seeing, "Best, Todd" at the bottom of the auto-generated Schedule Time feature. Can you please tell me where it's gathering that information from so I can correct my Outlook/Office information.

Best,

Bill :)

For those who are seeing a signature added with an incorrect name, please try manually changing that contact's profile name. If Xobni is adding that name to the signature, it most likely has misnamed the entire profile.

Pull up the profile in question then right click on it to bring up the 'edit info' box. Change the name as you believe it should be.
