Inbox cleaner

Walk away for a day and my inbox is full of emails many of which are conversations. The emails whose content are included in a later response are no longer valid / worthy of reviewing as the newer email has this content and I can review that newer email if I want to see the background. A tool to highlight these emails and then delete them would save businesses loads of time and also disk space. Again something worth paying for !!

I agree, this would be a helpful option. I do this same thing myself but an automatic tool to do this would be nice. Maybe some extra considerations though with an automatic tool…
1) If an earlier mail in a conversation has attachments, I have to keep that one as well so that I have all the information.
2) I have seen before where some people don’t include the previous replies when they reply so that too makes me keep extra mails.

I sent in a mail to Xobni previously about how I just keep the last mail of a conversation like this. I’m concerned that this might cause issues with Xobni results. For example, this might mean the mail count numbers are off because if I had a mail I sent that someone replied to and I replied back and saved only this last mail, that could be listed as one sent mail and no received mails even though it was actually two sent and one received. I was also concerned that the analytics portion of Xobni might be impacted by not keeping each mail as well. Would this effect response times for example? Just some things to consider.
