in discussion with a couple people who have Xobni installed - there was the expectation that you'd be providing more Gmail type conversation threading for all conversations rather than just the one email at a time. I do like this view in Gmail, but guess I'm not too bothered for my business email; just mention it in case the others don't provide it.
