I'm curious who the target market is for xobni. I think most consumers use web-based email (yahoo, hotmail, gmail) and that outlook has its largest installed base in the corporate environment.
That said, it seems that xobni could do more to focus on this marketplace. Allowing a certain amount of corporate branding to be added (at least let us customize the colors! and lose the xobni logo at the top & bottom. Even microsoft doesn't emblazon their products' titles across the apps themselves), handle distribution groups better, let me easily email multiple recipients from the xobni panel (who only emails 1 person at a time these days?)
Corporations that centrally manage software won't want the "recommend to a friend" icon. When we buy a site license for xobni (eventually), everyone will get it.
Lastly, for me at least, I keep the Outlook 2007 To-Do Bar open to the right of my mail. Xobni has inserted itself between the mail view and the to-do bar. I would personally like to have the ability to move xobni over to the extreme right. And please allow me to permanently turn off "Fun Facts".
