It's become a habit of mine by now: when I get a phone call, first thing I do is look up the caller's name on Xobni. This way I can see all the e-mail threats, attachments, all the conversation I have open with that person (one of which is likely to be what the call is about).

I meticulously keep records of my phone calls via Journal Entries. Unfortunately, there is no way to open a Journal Entry from within Xobni - and this is something that should be there: ideally as a third option below "Schedule time with John" and "Email John" (how about a link "Log phone call from John"?).

Currently I have to open my Contacts list, search for the name again, right-click and select "Create new Journal Entry for Contact" out of the context menu. Would be much better if I could open that directly from within Xobni.

That would be pretty handy. I've been starting to use Journaling a lot more in the past year and I could see this as being useful.
This way I can see all the e-mail threats,
I hope you're not getting TOO many threatening emails!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this would make xobni the killer app for me. i log all my calls using the journal. i would LOVE to have xobni have a "total journaled time" displayed for each contact. that would be phenomenal. i know many others in my department would kill for that ability.

I don't currently use the journal function because I don't want to hunt down the contact first, but if this were implemented I could see myself doing this in a heartbeat.

I too would love to see OL Journal items indexed and displayed. The vanilla Contacts has a "Show Actitivities" feature, which shows a list of Journal entries, emails, etc for the Contact. It would great if Xobni could do this too... -steve
