Hi,

Xobni is a great product and I wanted to provide a couple of pieces of feedback:

1. You don't have a proper way to give feedback... I shouldn't have to register for a forum to give feedback. I do not want to engage in a 2 way conversation but simply provide you with some of my thought which you can then choose to/not to act on. You should have a simple submit form for anonymous users to provide this feedback with the option to leave their email address if they wish.

2. Bug: When I click on the menu icon in the bottom left, I always have to press it at least twice before it will open. this is annoying and should only require the user to click it once.

3. Feature: During the first index, Xobni was telling me who my #1 contact was, #2, #3 and so on. This is a neat feature and I want to be able to access this information after after the initial index. I can't find where to do this and it would be useful to know. This could be because: 1. the location is not intuitive; or 2. the feature doesn't exist; or 3. I'm not smart enough to find it. Which ever the case, this would be a great feature to have.

Thanks.

I've just burned about 10 minutes registering (wtf do you want to know my birthday?) and then checking all those account options areas for "don't ever email me anything, ever", finally working out that in fact I could have used a completely made up email anyway. All to ask a question.

Sorry- asking for your birthday was a setting we disabled, and then we upgraded our forum software, so I think it reset. Anyways, you don't have to do that anymore.

With regards to both questions- we've been re-evaluating our support system for launch and are looking at ways that provide the best service to our users while not overwhelming our support team.

@domaa - You can go to analytics to see a full list of results on your #1 contact, etc.

At the same time, the version rolling out this week will have a "Share Fun Facts" option to bring you back to that view, where we show factoids about your contacts.
