I just installed xobni I can't find it. Not on outlook toolbar. No indication that it's on my computer when I open outlook. The program is installed as it shows up in the list of installed programs. I followed the procedure recommended in FAQ: tools>options>other>advanced options>COMaddins. The recommendation was to make sure the xnobi box was checked. There was no xobni. What do I do?

Same issue for me. I just posted this in a thread in Tech Support:
Got Xobni successfully installed last week, was still showing up in Outlook 03 after hibernating/waking a few times. Then shut down my comp over the weekend, restarted to find no Xobni. Xobni does show in Start > All Progs. No Xobni menu item in Outlook 03, though. Followed instructions to check the COM addins from the FAQ's, however no COM addin is available. What should I do to resolve? Uninstall and reinstall (would suck, indexing took forever). Point directly to the COM addin (what path in theory/what file do I point to)? Other?
Any help would be appreciated!!

Snod- I would try uninstalling and reinstalling. If that doesn't work, please contact our support directly. Zeitgeist, I would recommend contacting support and sending your logs ( http://www.xobni.com/support/faq/58/log )

I cannot find this download on my computer...it's gone! Has anyone been able to help the several of us with this problem out?
