Schedule time with...

Is there a way to set my office hours, so that the “Schedule time with…” option only includes my working hours (generally, I am available 08:00 to 16:30, Mon to Fri).

I mean, I realise it's not difficult to edit the automatically generated email by hand, but... :)

I don't believe there's any way to tweak how the "Schedule Time With" function works right now, but they are looking to add enhancements / features in future releases.

That's one of the only complaints people are making in the office right now - That 'Schedule Time with...' shows weekends, and having an option to limit the output to business hours would be really nice.

Hi all,

I have try "Schedule time with ..." function, I have some mistake.

When outlook is configure to issue a html mail format, I have a blank mail when I try to schedule with my contact. But when I switch my outlook option to issue a "raw text" mail, I have my "spare" time.

Some idea ?
