Between 3.25.08 and 3.26.08 Xobni experienced some difficulties with our support ticketing software. If we lost your support ticket we apologize and hope that you will write to us again. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can!

I sent in a support request today but I have not received a support ticket confirmation email. Is that normal?

Yes, our new support system is not configured to send confirmation emails. If you sent an email to 'support at xobni dot com', then it should be in our system.
