Some feedback
The magnifying glass at the end of the 'conversations with ... ' panel does not appear to work as I expected it. It would appear to be a simple filter of what is displayed in that panel, which is effectively just the subject (plus other info such as how old the email is). And if you have a lot of emails only some are displayed and hence some emails are ignored altogether.
I expected it to search the contents of the email ie similar to the main Xobni search, but restricted to the selected user.
In this case, I was looking for a thread from a few months ago. I knew who had send me the email but not the exact wording. I tried various keywords but could not find it. Then when I searched for another word which I knew should be in some other email and didn't find it, I assumed the search was broken.
I didn't think to try the mail Xobni search routine and went back to the old slow (oh so slow) method of searching and found the messages. When I had more time I went back to see why I could find it in Xobni. I tried sync-ing, trying un-installing and re-installing and it still didn't work, and then eventually it finally dawned on me on what it is doing.
You have two magnifying glass icons, which work in completely different ways which certainly confused me, so maybe it will confuse others. (Or maybe I am being extra stupid today.)
Now that I know how it works I can cope , but it would be nice if the search conversations searched all the contents of emails from a user. But then that would just move the issue down to the 'Files Exchanged with ...' panel
