Xobni seems to pop off the current appointment as soon as the time starts. I've found that it would be helpful to have the current appointment in the side bar for the duration of the appointment. This gives easy access to open the current appointment related information.

I'd like to second this. I seem to spend my life on conference calls, and being able to quickly find the current "appointment" through Xobni even if I'm a few seconds late dialling into it would be very helpful. Perhaps offer a choice between having it "pop off" Immediately, After appt ends (as otrajman suggests), or (n) seconds/minutes after the start.

Also, summarising the appt in the Xobni window like the "Mail:" view would be very useful for finding the conf call number in the appointment's "location" field, rather than popping the appt in Outlook as happens at the moment.

Otherwise, loving the semblance on organisation that Xobni brings to my otherwise chaotic mailbox ;)
