Two scenerios that illustrate the same problem
1)
One of our suppliers sent an email to myself and was supposed to cc it to another person in our company. However they mis-spelt the email address and that now means when I search for this person it comes up with two almost similar entries. Is it possible to hide the incorrect one, or at least stop me trying to sending email to them.
2)
Another of my contacts has changed his email address (he has moved Companies, but still remains a customer of ours). When I search for his name, it displays both his old and new email addresses and the old one is at the top of the list (possibly because it has been used more often).
Would be possible to stop me from sending email to this address or I should just set the picture to a big stop sign?
