I am noticing that when I use the BCM marketing campaigns to send emails out, those emails are not getting "counted" by Xobni. For example, today I sent out over 700 emails, most of them from one single email campaign launched in BCM, but when I look at the analytics, it shows something like 70 emails....the amount I send by either replies, forwards, or new email messages.
Can we get Xobni changed so that it counts ALL emails, or an option?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't BCM use a separate database (Access?) to keep track of its information? Understand it's still sending / emailing through Outlook, but I'm wondering if that might be causing Xobni some issues.

Yes, BCM uses an SQL Express DB to track info.

If the emails are visible in Outlook, Xobni will detect them and add to its internal statistics tracking. If the emails and text are not seen there, it won't know how to get the info.
