"To Do" Not Fully Updating

I've let xobni run for several hours interrupted, and it seems to think it is done synchronizing. The "organize" tab only shows seven "to-do" items, however, and I actually have 74 items marked with red flags in various folders. If I manually open a flagged email, it is added to the to-do list, but it seems like it should have detected them all when it was synchronizing. Is something wrong?

Have you manually run a 'Synchronize' command, or just let the app do it's indexing in the background? If you haven't tried running 'Synchronize', it may be a good idea. Keep in mind that can take some time, however, so it may be best to do this overnight to keep any resulting performance hit out of your way.

We have had some issues trying to catch flagged tasks that are 'old'. I put that in quotes because we don't have a reliable way of trapping that bug, it seems (anecdotally), that some tasks that have been flagged for a while (like weeks) are less likely to be caught within the To-Do panel.

I guess that's one way of telling you to get things done :rolleyes:

I was doing manually 'Synchronize'. I let it go for several hours, and when I came back, it seemed to have completed successfully. But no "old" tasks. Anything more I can do to try to trap the bug for you?
