contacts linked to the wrong address

Dear xobni team and forum members,

xobni links some contacts to the wrong e-mail address. Unfortunately I am not able "to tell" xobni to change the address assigned to a contact ...

How do I assign addresses to the appropriate contact ?

Just some FYI...

I few weeks ago, I noticed some weired events occuring. Not only was Xobni not reporting all details as expected, Outlook would put the wrong emails into the wrong group when I selected Sort by: FROM from Outlook 2007. I am using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007 and have a Cached file as well as a Personal PST file for long term storage (it is currently holding 4GB of data).

On a hunch, I did the following that corrected the problem for me. Maybe it will for you?

1. Download the latest version of Xobni.
2. Uninstalled Xobni.
3. Created a brand new Outlook Data file (PST file) using the File > Data File Manager (DFM) option.
4. Removed the older PST file from Outlook (DO NOT DELETE!) using the DFM.
5. Used the File > Import... function from Outlook to import the data into the new PST file from the old PST file.
6. Closed Outlook. Wait a few seconds (in my case, 30 sec). Open Outlook.
7. Reinstalled Xobni.
8. Synchronize Xobni.

So far so good, things are back to normal for me.
