Hello xobni Community,

my email Productivity Tips: Keep the Inbox free. In addition, do not have too many Subfolders.

My System:
Personal Folder
- Inbox
|-Archive

If the Email needs a reply ore action from me, I add a red flag. After I fish my task and all thinks done, I check the email as done and move to the Archive Folder.

If the Email just contains information like Newsletter ore Status Notification, I give an ore two categories’s and move to archive too.
If I search for an email ore conversation, I do the search over xobni ore the internal Outlook Search function (with an index). In the pasts, I use lookout.

My English is not the Best, but I do my best. I hope that my Tips give you some idée ore Impression. On my Site, I manage my Email Traffic (150-200 Email) without lost a lot of time and have the infomration traffic under control.

best regards,
Jaroslaw Kucharski

Great tip for personal email and if you work alone.

Unfortunately I work in a HUGE corporation and there is a need to use a very structured public folder set-up so that everyone (anyone!) involved in a project has access to the email.

I'm waiting for Xobni to offer public folder searching.
