The latest build is 1.2.3 (build 2952) - you can check yours from Outlook; go to Xobni | About Xobni and it's shown on the first line.

Xobni will auto-update (usually, unless your web access is proxied, in which case it may not!) whenever a new build is available. The latest build is always shown in the forum - Updates & New Releases (http://community.xobni.com/forumdisplay.php?f=7).

If you're not running the latest version, you may have to contact the Support guys to get them to allow you a re-download from the site.

Hope that helps,

Mark.

@ Jaroslaw:

Hmm, Outlook should definitely not be freezing when you try to do that. If you could send us your Xobni log files, that would be really helpful. You'll need to contact our Support team, and attach the files to the email. This is how to do it:

1. Launch Outlook.
2. Follow the steps or methods that cause this problem.
3. Once you see the problem occur, shut down Outlook again, and grab your log files. They can be found here:

Please look for anything starting with Xobni and ending with log, such as xobni.log, xobni1.log, and xobni.old.log in these locations:

(XP) C:Documents and Settings[Your Name]Local SettingsApplication DataXobni[Outlook Profile Name]

(Vista) C:Users[Your Name]AppDataLocalXobni[Outlook Profile Name]

Hint: If you can't see any of these files you may need to change your system settings to 'show hidden files'.

4. Once you've moved these to the desktop, relaunch Outlook, contact Xobni Support and attach the log files. Please include relevant system data such as Windows version, Outlook Version, Xobni version, and be as descriptive as possible when explaining how you found this issue.

Thanks!
