I'd like to have the search icon within the "Conversations with..." panel search all conversations with that person. Currently, I have to scroll to the bottom of the 50 most recent conversations, click the "XXX more" link and then I can search for the prior email I want to view. I think the functionality is the same with the "People" and "Files" panels, too.
