Schedule time with... (2952 build)

I think there are still a few probs/issues with the 'Schedule time with...' feature of the 2952 build - One thing I've noticed is that if a 'distribution list' was used to schedule (group participation) for something, it seems to ignore that you've accepted that appointment and/or meeting request, and it still shows up as being available when you use the 'Schedule time with...' option(perhaps they aren't parsing the DL)?

Btw: How and when is a new version distributed? My Xobni is still at 2804.

Release timeframes are variable, but there should be a service running called XobniService.exe that checks periodically for a new version. You may want to restart Outlook and see if that gets you to the latest rev.

If that doesn't work, you can also manually uninstall 2804 at which time it will both prompt you for 'why' where you can say 'upgrade' and then it will notify you that there is a more recent version, and take you to the website where you can download it (pretty slick)
