Can XOBNI grab contact information from email and create a NEW CONTACT and if contact exists allow to merge, overwrite?

I love how xobni extracts the name, email and phone from the e-mail message. When I see that xobni gets it right, I want to be able to click a button and have an Outlook contact created and added based on the xobni profile.
