I never use the 'Organize' tab in the view, because upcoming appointments including those I have deleted is not a very useful feature and a To-Do list, not regarding deadlines or priorities is also next to useless.
I think, you should be concentrating more on contacts analysis. Some people assign contacts to appointments & todos (& contacts). (I do it a lot.) This could also be a valuable ressource for doing some analysis.

- appointments connected to a person
- finding inter-people connections looking at people being invited to the same appointment
