@ everyone:
So we're experimenting with a new forum feature called "Best Answers" that will allow the main Support forum to be a little more user-interactive. This feature will help get our newer users up and running much faster, since it basically moves the best rated answer to the position directly below the question / thread start.
Essentially, when someone asks a question in a thread, there can be many different answers or responses. If it's a simple query about how to use a feature, or whether something is broken, it can be frustrating to wade through pages of answers. This should help eliminate that.
We're going to try this out, and see how it goes. Please let me know if there are any issues or problems with this new feature! Obviously, I am interested in feedback on this one!
