Photo in Outlook Contact should carry over

Like the title says, photo's against Outlook contacts should be the same as the photos in Xobni!

Automatically pulling photos from your Outlook contacts is a very popular request. Xobni intends to add this feature as soon as it can. In the meantime, remember that you can add your own picture at anytime by right clicking on the user's profile in the the Xobni panel.

How starange it is.
On my xobni (W XP SP3, Outlook 2003, all my conctacts photos are automatically viewed in the xobni panel, for the contacts updated before the installation of xobni and for the new contacts. xobni is fine..... but outlook does not view the photo anymore!

Any idea about what's happening ?
