View Full Version : To-Do's not showing up in 'Organize'

I heavily use the flag-to-follow-up feature within Outlook (2003) and flag different items different colors to determine meaning. I currently have 27 items flagged, however within Xobni Organize, I only show 5 items. The 5 items that appear are not from any particular flag color or time, but just appear to be randomly chosen. I'd prefer that all 27 items show up *OR* I be given an option in configuration only to grab those of a certain color for the to-do list.
Anyone else having this issue (short to-do list as opposed to what it should show)?

Very Strange....
I use flagging extensively in OL 2007. Nothing was showing in the TO DO ITEMS under organize for me either. However, with organize showing, I just clicked on each item in my task list in the to-do bar and each appeared within 2-5 seconds.... STRANGE.
I also have an issue where appts are showing up in upcoming appts..... GRRR
E.G. Tomorrow: 2 show up (1 recurring, 1 not), and 2 don't (1 recurring, 1 not).

I also have a similar problem with e-mail.
Repro Steps:
Clicked on an e-mail from a friend I receive quite a bit of mail from and sorted by "FROM". Xobni says I've only received 3 e-mails from him even thoguh I can plainly see that I've recieved 50+. I arrow down through 10 e-mails then click on a different user (XOBNI loads for that user), then click back on my original friend. It now says I've received 13 e-mails.
Is there some reason that I've having to click on content before XOBNI loads the data in?
How long was it between the time you installed Xobni and you saw this behavior being exhibited? The reason I ask is that even though Xobni may have said it finished synchronizing, for large data stores it can take up to 24 hours (or possibly even longer), for all the data to be cataloged by Xobni.
I'm thinking that in the case of Brandonh, by selecting each email you were speeding up that process by making that particular item "active" and forcing Xobni to deal with it right then.
It can take a while for Xobni to get totally on its feet the first time...

I installed Xobni yesterday morning, so it has now been 24h (I think). I still only have 16 messages in the organize/to-do column where I have 27 flagged.
So is the 16 something that has increased over time, or has it always been stuck there?

The change seems rather random. right now I've got 21 messages flagged but Xobni only shows 13. The issue does not seem to be related to the flag color and I've not been able to figure out the relation between which is in the Xobni To-Do list and which are flagged.
Are you on the current version of Xobni (1.2.3 Build 2804)?

I keep seeing variations of these same problems. To-do items work, but my upcoming appts are still no showing properly (any recurring meeting appears not to show up) & now outbound message count is at zero for everyone in my mailbox. It seems as though Xobni isn't even reading my sent items.
NOTES:
- I'm running build 1.2.3 (2804)
- Xobni stopped working for a while couple of days ago (IE it wouldn't load in outlook as a pane. It did show in the file mene, but with an error saying to try restarting outlook. I restarted the computer (Had pathces to apply anyway) and now this is what's happening.
- I just went through and forced a sync
- My mailbox is ~4GB running in cached mode
- Outlook version: 12.0.6212.100 (SP1: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=936982)
I don't mind the Appt's not working since it sits right next to my Outlook to do bar :), but the outbound e-mail count is kinda frustrating.
Thanks for your help! I have this running at home and would like to get it running at work, but this is obviously a blocker there :)
