Hi,
after I delete some emails they still show up and also the attachments. If i click on those attachments the email supposed to open but it does not...
Hi Mariette,
There should be a short delay while our indexes are updated with mails that are deleted. If you switch to a different profile and then switch back, you should see the deleted emails disappear.
As for deleted attachments, this is a bug that will be fixed with the next release. As of right now, Xobni still shows attachments that have been deleted.

Just a quick FYI, I noticed a new version of Xobni. The new one I just installed is version 1.2.3 build 2952 (Outlook Menu Bar > Xobni > About Xobni).
Might be a good time to try the new version and re-test the scenario.

I just went and removed my Personal Datafile (locally) from Outlook so there is only the Exchanged cached file. Xobni, even after forced synchronization, shows the relationship between a client and how many emails were received. However, I do see some questionable activity.
For example, I get alot of emails from slashdot.org. In fact Xobni shows 1152 inbound emails. Currently, there is only one in my Inbox (in the Exchange cach). Earlier I removed the personal Outlook PST, restarted Outlook and performed a Xobni Sync. To my surprise, it not only shows the relationship between Slashdot and me (1152) but it STILL shows all the emails in the Xobni sidebar. When I go into the Conversations window and click an email (say one from 2006), it still shows the entire conversation (the email) in the window. However, if I click the OPEN icon, it does display the MISSING dialogue box with the message "This item no longer exists".
Ryan, is this working as design or a possible BUG?
I am using the lastest version, 1.2.3 build 2952.
