I notice that if you have your outlook files/folders archived or backed up to another location XOBNI goes out and searches those folders as well. Does this have to be done. I back my data up to network folders in case my hard drive crashes and don't need it to search there as well. Please advise if anyone knows a way to get around this. For now, I just deleted the backup folders on the network, but XOBNI still looks, and says it can't find them, every time I start OUTLOOK. I'm going to unistall and reinstall and see if that helps for now. Let me know if this is something anyone else has encountered. Thanks.:eek:
