I'm thinking a Mac Mail version won't be nearly as popular as the Outlook version simply because most businesses use PCs and though a lot more people have Macs for personal use than 5 years ago, no one needs an email analytics program for ther PERSONAL email. I need to be productive at work, not when I'm emailing my buddy about going to the movies.

I'll disagree here, and state that I and thousands of people I interact with for business use Macs. A plugin like this for Mail.app would be huge, and I encourage its development

I also think it a Mac version would be welcome.

It seems that most Mac users are really into GTD (Got-to-Do) tools with many out there. I think Xobni would be a great addition to these GTD tools.

Things like the conversation threaded email view would not be useful as Mac mail already has this feature. You could use Spotlight, and remove a lot of code you use for search email and stuff.

I would agree - many people in my office are switching to their macs for work email. I myself have switched to entourage which plays perfectly with our corporate exchange server.

This tool would be a great addition to my workday.

Furthermore - mac users being what they are will champion a great product like this for years. Grassroots campaigning at its best. they will grant exposure and press simply by virtue of the fact that it is such a secret handshake like community. Mac adoption would take you far.

More and more people are switching to Macs, in part because they do not want to make the switch from XP to Vista. I am one of them. But there really is not much for the Mac platform in the way of contact management. I think it would be a very smart marketing strategy for Xobni to develop a Mac Mail version of Xobni, and the sooner the better. I think you would be surprised how large this market would be and how fast it would grow. Of course, I have selfish reasons to want this as well. I would be one of your first customers.

I think you would be surprised at the number of people who use Macs here at Xobni, so we're definitely aware of how great they are.

As always, we're working on expanding Xobni to other platforms. In the meantime, we've had good feedback from users using Parallels w/ Xobni (although we do not officially support it).

I would love to see a Mac version! I switched to Mac a year and a half ago -- even though I'm a MGCP. Shhhh... Don't tell M!

"...no one needs an email analytics program for ther PERSONAL email."
Not true at all.

Plus one to mail.app compatible. Small proprietor here, and I definitely use mail.app for all my biz & personal email. Especially for freelancers, small bizpeople, etc, (and that's a mac-heavy crowd) who use one email address for everything, xobni would be great.

I work for a relatively large company, and we support both Windows and Mac Platforms. We now see a 50/50 split, whereas five years ago this was something like 70/30 for Windows. Mac definitely a growing and passionate user group, and the tool is, as you have noted, a superior one. Xobni for Entourage would be a great addition.

+1 to this request. I have used mail.app for frequent personal and business communication.

I also use a Mac, on the road. Would love to also see a Mac version.

Also currently use Outlook in office, wish to move to thunderbird for better IMAP support. So wouldn't mind a thunderbird version aswell .. LOL

I'm an all time Mac user and would never switch. I'd love to try out Xobni though. Please release a Mac version!
