Maybe allow customisation of how long (or short) into the future Xobni looks for Upcoming Appointments? I find I have normally already noticed upcoming appointments way before Xobni tells me, and sometimes have to rely on Outlook's reminder system to enable me to be prepared in time for meetings etc. So for me at least, at the moment, Xobni's Upcoming Appointments feature is not very useful.
