Files Exchanged With...doesn't load for 1 sender.

Been using Xobni for a few weeks now and I love it - so congrats on a great product! :)

One problem I have come across so far is that the "Files Exchanged With" box doesn't list anything for one of my contacts. It just sits there with the spinning symbol (I have left it like that for hours and it still doesn't show anything). All other contacts seem to work fine - just this one doesn't show. I've tried synchronizing again a couple of times, but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas? :confused:

Well I have one idea...send me your logs! This is a bug we're trying to track down, so the more info we have the better. I'll send you a message with my contact info.

I have the same problem and I can tell you that the one contact that never loads is my #1 contact who I have emailed over 3000 times with lots of files (if that makes any difference).

I could send you my log files to if you'll tell me where to get them from and where to send them.

The log file (on XP) is located at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Xobni\Outlook\xobni2.log.

You may want to send a PM Ryan regarding where to send it for this specific problem.
