I use a combination of categories and folders to archive my emails. A project gets a folder and the sub-projects get one or more categories assigned.

With a variety of these combinations I require and the labour intensive nature of doing this manually; I've set-up a custom toolbar which kicks off VBA code to do this assignment of category and then moves the email to the relevant folder.

If anyone is interested in this code please PM me and I'll walk you through what's needed.
