Outlook 2007, Vista x64 Ultimate

I don't see anywhere else to report issues.

In my upcoming appointments pane, I see two other peoples' appointments as well as my own.

In Outlook, I have opened other peoples' calendars before so in the "People's Calendars" pane I have 10 or 15 people listed there. The "Upcoming Appointments" Xobni pane is showing meetings for two of those people, even though I am not, and have never been, invited to those meetings.

Selecting those meetings by clicking on them in Xobni opens up the Appointment details window, selecting "Scheduling" shows that I am not, in fact, associated with those meetings.

Are you actually displaying the other calendars in Outlook? Is there anything different about the permissions the two people have granted you as compared to the others that are not displaying this behavior?

The calendars weren't checked so they weren't displayed.

The permissions everyone is using here is the allow Everyone to view calendars and nothing more.

Double-checked again with the two people whose calendar entries I'm seeing. They have our domain's "All Employees" group as Reviewer and Anonymous and Default set to None.

I have to think that has something to do with it...other than asking them to change the permissions I don't know how you can test it...

Right but that's just standard calendar sharing that they have set up. Nothing special. Plus, I'm not seeing the other 30 people's calendar entries, just two of them.

Hi all,

This is a known issue that we're working on. Currently, Xobni syncs in calendar entries for shared calendars. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next release :).
