This one is for the Outlook calendar as opposed to actual email, but I thought I'd share...
One cool feature that took me a while to discover is the use of the CTRL key when viewing my calendar. The CTRL key allows you to select multiple dates and view just them on the calendar.
For example, if I'm looking at my schedule for today (February 14th), and also want to see tomorrow, I can hold down CTRL and select February 15th. This will show me those two days side-by-side. What I like about the feature is let's say that I want to see today (Thursday) and next Thursday (February 21st). I could go into week view and toggle between the two weeks, or go to month view, or, or, or...
or, I could select today, hold down CTRL and select next Thursday. Now I'm viewing those two days side-by-side.
You can also combine days and weeks. Thus, if I'm looking at my calendar for this week (February 10th - 16th), but also want to see the day of March 5th, I can CTRL + click on that day and my week now has 8 days (2/10 - 2/16 + 3/5)
Just little things that sometimes make it easier :D
