All Email window flashes

When I hover over email in the "All Email" window below a contact, some of the email does not show in a pop-up window, rather the box flashes until you move the mouse away. It does not always do this, and I can't tell what there is about the email that causes this.

I'm not sure I know what you're referring to when you say the "All Email" window. Would you please elaborate?

When I hover over some of the email conversations the message flashes instead of showing a pop-up of the details.
