There doesn't seem to be an announcement regarding the 4249 build. What's new in that version, compared to 4226 (the one before 4249 if I'm correct)?

Ah, found it somewhere else:

Don't worry about updating to 4249, it's the exact same build as 4226, except one was an update and one was for download. They are identical in all but name :)
