Hi, first time poster, long time Xobni-fan.
Recently a client blamed their situation on my response time in email. But THANKS TO XOBNI! I was able to call up some analytics and show my CEO the REAL story. (much better than just saying the client was outta their head!) In fact, my median response time was 12 minutes!
I was even able to drill down to see response times per message. It made a fantastic impression on my CEO.
So with all that said, he wanted me to email him the reports - I could easily email the charts - but couldn't email him the drill-down info (and got around it all with screenshots).
Since this is turning into the feature request section, it would be really really helpful if you could call up an email (or selected emails) and show a report of all the emails and response times that could be exported (pdf, excel, whatever). What you have already in the drill down would be ideal! You could call it the CYA report. I know one CEO, and one VP that would pay for this feature! (wink wink)
